Awareness days in Murcia
During 4 months the local police of Totana together with the Civil Guard worked with HfA in awareness raising days in several schools of the city, to provide educational development activities.
The conferences promoted by the police officer María Hernández Vivancos dealt with the difficulties of access to health in African regions, explained in a didactic way to the youngest ones how a bicycle can mean the difference between being able or not to go to school, to receive medical attention or to move quickly and safely through unpopulated areas.
The bicycle is somewhat of a playful element, but in areas where HfA does its work it is more of an essential transportation element that can help improve the education, health or safety of the youngest.
We want to thank all the schools that participated and collaborated: La Cruz, Santa Eulalia, San Jose, Deitania and the school in Pareton.
